Edouard DAMIDOT – A passionate entrepreneur
Edward’s heritage is centered around the Burgundy blackcurrant. His ancestors cultivated this superfruit and in 1895 became notable Cassis makers in Dijon. In the 1950’s Gabriel Damidot created the Kir cocktail, launching a new aperitif that took France by storm and trademarked the Kir brand. Now, Edouard brings this love and knowledge of Burgundy’s terroir into the Millennium by creating an exclusive anti-aging botanical formula that keeps the skin youthful and more radiant, thus marking the beginning of the VINESIME brand.
Bernard BOUVIER – A devoted organic winemaker
Bernard is the third generation of the Domaine Rene Bouvier estate. Under his management the Domaine returns to an organic and holistic philosophy embracing minimalist intervention so the grapes fully express their unique terroir. Bernard’s prized plots of land in Gevrey-Chambertin produce exceptional, renowned vintages, earning Domaine Rene Bouvier a place on the wine lists of Michelin starred restaurants around the world. Rene provides Vinésime with the coveted Racine du Temps grapes as the basis of Vinésime’s exclusive revolutionary A2OC complex.
